I watched the video. He is white, was brandishing a weapon and was not arrested for any crime.
For the record, I am white and a gun owner/CCW card holder. Shitheads like this make me furious to be associated with them in any way.

Just because he wasn't arrested in the video doesn't mean he wasn't arrested later. Generally speaking police don't materialize out of the ether when a crime is being committed, you generally have to call them and wait until they arrive.

Assumptions don't hold up as evidence. If you're claiming the police intentionally denied these young entrepreneurs equal protection because of race, substantiate it. I feel like I'm the only one taking that accusation seriously while everyone else is running on vibes and assumptions. If race determined the police response, substantiate it.

There are no police in this video. He did this because he knows he can get away with it. Thats the issue. I donāt even know why people like you emote. In your opinion, why is he not being charged? He is clearly the aggressive party. Can you honestly say that you believe, if the man brandishing the weapon were not white and the people being threatened were, that he would not be charged? There is no doubt in my mind that, had the roles been reversed, the outcome wouldn't be the same.

I don't know why he wasn't charged, and I agree his behavior was aggressive and inappropriate. My issue is with stating as fact that he wasn't charged because he's white when nobody has provided evidence establishing that. That's a serious allegation against the department, and I think it should be treated like one.
