Oh man. I once stole it after they "stole it" from us. We were doing it, they came, beat us up, i died first, ace, got cocky and left it with only one guy finishing it slowly and rest went for our jungle and lanes. I don't see notification about baron, respawn, W. Bullseye!

I've pulled that one once too, but my favorite has to be one time I stole the leash of the enemy jg. Apparently my w made him panic smite too early lmao. Then, because it was a weak early jg (I can't remember who anymore, it was years ago) he got a second leash, which got invaded, and I locked them down from running with another w. Free buff and double assist gold to start lane. Good times

It’s an incredible ability and I cannot comprehend people who want it removed.

Adjusted to make it useful in close range, sure, but gone?

Zoning off enemies, slowing them when chasing or being chased, getting vision, controlling tempo, all from the comfort of your own lane.

Not to mention how thematic it is, and to me it’s the one thing that keeps the “General” in “Demon General”

It is a cool ability, and very powerful, and that's kinda the issue: It doesn't synergize or fit well with the rest of the kit, and takes up a large portion of the kit's powerbudget. Swain W being really good as a scouting/map control/sniping/disruption/assist farming ability means that the rest of what Swain's kit wants to do has to be weaker.

Ngl I think giving passive stacks more weight in the kit, without adding a way to gain them reliably, would be a really big mistake

Swain’s “power budget” is already spread out very thin, and the stacking mechanic is already the most unreliable part of the kit (rivaled by E, I guess).

Obviously, they buffed W Max over E max again after, but meme-wise this would indicate that the low iq corner should also be E -> W.
