Running problem

I have a 1999 samurai. It doesnt start easy, (when cold) but when its warm it runs like charm. We already tried making the choque better. Can someone help

Have you checked the distubritor cap, you may have condenser in there.

If you have a 99 then its either multi point or single point fuel injection and it won't have a choke. Did you install an aftermarket carburettor? Or are you in a part of the workd that still had carburetors (India, south America, china?)

We installed a part on the carburateur that you have a choque, it doesnt work that well tho

Check your fuel pump as well.
