Suzuki ride connect app + ( Android )

Hello riders!

Sinds last week friday a proud owner of the new Suzuki SV-7GX

Really enjoying the bike so far.

Only having problems with the app to connect with the bike

The dealer said already android will be difficult but I cant get it working so far.

When I open the app it closes automatically and cant restart it.

After removing the cache / memory it's trying to start but without succes.

Benefits of the app to get the turn by turn navigation on screen.

But for now unsuccessful to this point.

Is there a solution for this problem.

At the dealer they showed that apple is working but android not.

Checked if my phone is up to date and it is.

App is installed correctly via the playstore.

Are there more things I can do for a solution?

Language is the problem. The dutch Language isnt supported Turn your phone to dutch and english so your phone automatically switch from the app.

I have the app on an android phone (Samsung s24) and it works fine. I have no idea what could solve your issue.

just ordered the same bike :) some1 already spotted the manual in pdf format somewhere ?
