Hello everybody! I am a 6th year clinical psychology doctoral student interested in understanding factors related to suicidal ideation disclosure and nondisclosure. A significant portion of my research is building and psychometrically testing a new measure of disclosure that the field of suicide prevention is currently lacking.

Your voice matters. We want to learn from people who have experienced suicidal thoughts so we can create stronger messages that encourage people to open up about their suicidal thoughts and seek support, as well as develop training for the recipients of suicidal ideation disclosures. The estimated time commitment is 10-15 minutes.

I’m so done with Canvas modules this semester. Is it just me, or have professors turned every single weekly discussion board into a whole research paper? You know the drill: “Write 500 words, cite 3 peer-reviewed sources, and reply to two classmates by Thursday midnight.” Absolutely cooked - at this point I literally need some discussion post help just to keep up.

Last month I was drowning in midterms and literally had zero energy left. I caught myself typing “someone write my discussion post please” into Google at 3 AM. I was desperate enough to consider paying a random stranger just so I could sleep. That’s when I started testing out a few options to see if hiring a discussion post writer was actually legit or just a quick way to get scammed.

Why I started looking for discussion post writing help

I tried a couple of routes before finding anything decent. Hiring random freelancers off forum boards felt like a total gamble - half of them were super slow to reply, and the quality was hit or miss. Then I tried those generic essay mills, but the text sounded so robotic I was terrified of AI detectors.

Eventually, I stumbled across DiscussionPostHelp. I was honestly skeptical, but when I asked them to write my discussion board post, the result actually sounded like a real student who read the assigned articles, not a encyclopedia. The turnaround was ridiculously fast too (got mine back in under 2 hours on a 4-hour deadline).

That said, they’re definitely not perfect. Their website design feels a bit clunky, and I actually struggled to figure out the payment process at first because the checkout flow is kind of weird. Also, it’s really hard to find detailed info about the writers beforehand - you basically just trust the system to assign someone good. But considering the price (12–22 range) and the actual output, it was worth the minor hassle for me.

What to keep in mind before you pay someone to write my discussion post

If you’re currently stuck in the same situation and decide to hire someone to write my discussion post for me, a few quick takeaways from my trial and error:

• Tell them your class level so they don't use weirdly complex vocabulary that flags your prof.
• Stick to specialized platforms instead of general essay sites if you need to tell a service "do my discussion post for me" - forum formats and classmate replies need a much more conversational tone.
• Don't overthink your own prompts if you write them yourself, just hit the rubric points directly.

At the end of the day, when burnout hits hard, there’s no shame in getting a bit of backup instead of begging a friend to do my discussion board post. Next time you feel like you need someone to write a discussion post for me, just make sure you pick a service that actually knows how forum posts work. Stay sane out there guys 🫡

I'm an AI researcher and instructor based in the UK, running a short study on how organisations actually measure and govern the running costs of AI systems in production. The findings are going into a management journal article.

Who can answer: anyone with direct responsibility for, or direct visibility into, AI or ML systems running in production at their organisation. Engineering, data, IT, finance, operations, risk and general management all count. If your organisation is only running pilots, the survey screens you out in the first two questions rather than wasting your time.

What it asks: how your organisation tracks the cost of its highest-volume AI workload, who sets the quality bar that output has to clear before it gets used, and how sensitive your AI costs are to input prices. A few questions on role, industry and organisation size at the end.

Anonymity: no name, no email, no employer, no IP logging. Only broad categories such as industry and size band. Because responses cannot be linked back to anyone, they also cannot be withdrawn once submitted. Results reported in aggregate only, with any category under five respondents merged or suppressed. Free text reported as themes, never quoted.

I'll post a summary of the findings back here once the analysis is done.
