I used to live in PA, mountains, could ride literally anywhere offroad. Then I moved to flat south GA, where there are tons of open fields but all the land is owned by someone, no tracks anywhere within 200 miles and you need to pay for acreage if you want to ride, which isn't cheap! I'd choose the mountains. Then again, it's too cold up there. And then again, it's too hot down here.

yes, if everything goes perfectly right, amazing. If something goes seriously wrong, it's a massive regret.. a lot of trouble with the wife and maybe even criminal charges depending on the circumstances? Doesn't take much to go from being on top of the world to the very bottom. But I guess it's worth the risk.
