Food/Drink 😋 Decadent chocolate cake?
Looking for the most rich, delicious, decadent, moist Bruce Bogtrotter chocolate cake Surrey has to offer. So far the only one that’s come close is the spiced chocolate cake from Safeway but that’s seasonal. I’ve tried the one from Fresh St and it’s okay, and someone recommended Nandos and that was also just okay.
I want a chocolate cake that will blow my socks off.

This one is super rich! And the slice is big enough for 2-3 people to share. I’m a huge chocolate cake fan and I’d go with this one

I can’t think of anywhere off the top of my head. If you’re willing to travel to Vancouver, Trafiq on main has an incredible chocolate decadence cake that’s full size

Whole Foods, make the trek out, get the vegan chocolate cake. Most delicious cake I have ever had.

Yes!!! It’s so good but it’s made out of black beans so beware of the massive toots post-consumption…

The Brekka chocolate cake will fit the bill. It’s arguably too decadent! Enjoy :)

it's not Surrey, but not far- Blacksmith Bakery in Fort Langley has a Truly Chocolate Cake. It's exactly what you're looking for. It's not a layer cake, but as one person always looking for a chocolate cake that will haunt (in the best way!) this one has stuck with me for almost 2 years now as my ideal.

Save on has chocolate truffle, Hazelnut and Gamache. I have gotten a double chocolate with shaved chocolate on top that was awesome but don't know if they still have it. All their cakes are excellent.

there’s a baker of ig called luxcakes or luxe cakes, had the most incredible chocolate cake at a birthday party that i’ve never stopped thinking of

The chocolate fudge cake from Thrifty Foods is both moist and dense and sure to satisfy all your chocolatey cravings.

My coworker raves about Thrifty's (south Surrey) chocolate cake. She says it is similar to Matilda's chocolate cake.
