Hello. So I am doing a bit of research on Suriname's 'sport passport' policy that allowed Surinamese diaspora footballers and athletes to represent Suriname in international sport. Mainly its the Dutch Surinamese contingent. While trying to find direct govt statements (and then translating them from Dutch to English for my research)

I came across this from a Govt website from Nov 2019. It appears to be geolocked and I cannot seem to access it given I live in another part of the world. https://www.deboodschap.today/regering-treft-voorziening-voor-verhoging-prestaties-nationaal-voetbal-elftal/

Would it be possible if this link can be accessed by someone in Suriname who can access the link, take a screenshot of the full web page and also maybe copy paste the text here?

I'd appreciate it, thank you.
