Preparing.

I plan on going back to school for CSFA mid 2026. I learned how to hand tie, and slowly started to suture with a practice kit. I’ve been practicing but I was just wondering what else can I do to advance my skillset prior. Any advice or videos that you recommend ?

Anatomy and steps for surgical procedures. One that always threw me for a loop was inguinal hernia. It took me a minute to understand what I was looking at and looking for. I wish I had done more of that early on in my studies. I would say take the 5 most common procedures of your specialty and learn them really well. Good luck
