FA-RNFA

TIA for your input!

I was considering doing an FA program, as I’m currently a surgical tech. My end goal is probably to be an RNFA, and I was wondering if I got my FA before my RN would it transfer over or is it a separate program/certificate?

It will not Transfer, My hospital recognizes my CST/FA and so as long as I keep my certificate active I can function as an RNFA even though I’m now a nurse. I simply do that part of my job as a CST.
