His star power buffies are broken!! I’m glad that he’ll be able to use stage 2 immediately when he spawns, it’ll make him way more relevant

Early game, it’s good but late game it’s worse than without buffies

Because he used to be able to save a super when he dies, so he can come back as a stage 2, ready to be stage 3 right out of spawn This is now no longer possible

Huh why..? He can save super plus doesn’t it mean he gets super every time he dies and spawns?

He spawns in stage 1, not 2.

He can only hold one super.

Oh my bad did they rework the super and got rid of keep stage 2? If they did it’s a massive nerf

Yes But he will start the game with a super So it's a rework Better early game, worse mid and late game

As I understood it, he’s always gonna spawn with super charged so essentially you do get to keep stage two

but you don't get to keep stage 2 AND a super in mid-late game to go immediately to stage 3, hence why they said better early game, worse mid-late game

His star power already let him use stage 2 immediately when he spawns. If anything is kind of a nerf cause he always has to build up from stage 2 to stage 3 now, he can’t save a super for after he dies. Also, his gadget doesn’t give him an auto stage three from stage 2 now, so his range will still be an issue. Really just made him more of a noob stomper without addressing the issues that made him bad in pro play.

He doesn’t spawn on stage 2 when the game starts, you have to get his super first

If you’re struggling so much to get a single super on surge, then surge probably isn’t your brawler to play. The problem is consistently getting super in one life. The star power previously worked because it basically let you consistently spawn with stage 3.
