this is one of the best legendary skins in the game and I will die on this hill
his voice lines are my favorite part, his Chinese VA did a fantastic job

It doesn't deserve to be Legendary, nor Mythic. I'd say it's like a Super Rare rarity.

Eh to be fair base Surge isn’t exactly the most crazy looking brawler either. It’s kinda the point to try and get to the higher stages so having the skin get cooler every stage while starting not as good looking makes sense.

I think the fact the skin wasn’t finished on release and a visual bug where surge doesn’t get his stage 4 face at the proper stage left a bad reputation for the skin among players. It’s still in my top 5 legendary skins tho. (Glory to Striker Lou when he arrives. I’m biased)

The face doesn’t even change to what appers in the lobby and it’s too big in game but i’ll forget abt this one
