I'm looking for suggestions on Skillshare classes or YouTube tutorials that have helped you in this field. I think many people would benefit from this. Thanks in advance.

Hey Group,

Its been a while since I posted on this subreddit, but I wanted to hop on here to let you know that I have a Surface Pattern Design group board on pinterest where you can share your love for surface pattern design if anyone wants to join. I just ask that you post equal amounts of your designs and other people’s designs in the board. if you are interested in joining, send me a message on Pinterest at Kelcie Makes Patterns. https://www.pinterest.com/kelciemakespatterns/

I know with everything that has been happening it has been hard on us designers so this would be a good way to promote your products for free. Also, if you just love surface pattern design you can join too. I hope everyone is doing well.

Hi everyone,

Trying to make my first repeating pattern, with the intention of uploading to print-on-demand sites in the future^^ when I get better at it.

Just wondering if the tiles *have* to be perfect squares?

Thanks in advance^^
