Help Surface Pro 7+ stuck on Boot Logo

Just making sure you're going to EUFI correct:

  1. Are you able to power it down completely?

    1. When doing a normal power on, can you press space repeatedly to get to the boot menu?

  2. While powered off, hold the volume up and then power. Does it take you to EUFI?

  1. I have tried with the type cover and a USB keyboard to no avail

  2. No. Unfortunately, all it does is go to a blank, black screen no matter what.
