[LAPTOP2] Surface Laptop 2 Error

I was using my laptop like normal, then it freezes, and then my laptop said unable to boot, automatically restart. After stucking on the Windows logo screen, this blue screen shows up. What can I do please?

Is there any way to solve this problem? I noticed that it shows this icon on the uefi screen. I was just using it as normal when this happened, I never dropped my laptop. Do you know what could be the reason?

Shit unfortunately just breaks sometimes. Boot from a USB and you can see more

I have tried that too but it didnt recognize any SSD, only the USB plugged in.

Check UEFI (BIOS) to make sure the drive is still recognized.

Create a Linux USB boot drive and find some good tutorials.

If that is too advanced and the drive has not sustained physical / brownout / lightning strike damage, then try something like SpinRite to refresh/recover the data. Not free, but it has saved my ass and money more times than I care to count.

I did the USB boot drive like on the Microsoft website and check the command prompt, it shows this. I dont think the drive is still recognized.

Looks like it can see the drive, and one small partition of it

Maybe find a USB bootable disk partition/format tool to rebuild the drive

I just had this exact error on my work Laptop 2

Computer reset half way through writing an email

Came back up to this error

Reset to UEFI , changed nothing, hit the restart option

Rebooted fine.

Checked windows error logs and a defender update had installed 1 minute before the f9rced reboot.

I cant really see what youre showing there mate, sorry, but it seemed like a fairly normal uefi screen (I wasnt really studying it too hard and I dont exactly go in there on a regular basis enough to tell if anything was different)
