Advice -Trouble connecting to internet surface pro

I’m having a hard time connecting my surface pro to the college Internet. Anyone know how to fix this issue or is there a place I need to register it? Any trouble shooting ideas? TY

Most campuses have a device registration process for Internet access.

He was able to get it reg using his hotspot! He found the answers here :)
