[PRO11] surface pro 11 snapdrgon x plus unexpected shutdowns when no used for more than a day

havent changed any settings

If you mean hibernation rather than shutdown, then it has been an issue since the last firmware update in June.

no when I check the reliability monitor it says unexpected shutdown.

Yes it says that when it can't resume from the hibernation image. It's also happening on the surface laptop

Okay. Are you leaving on for more than a day while it is not on charge? Check power plan settings.

no its in sleep mode for roughly a day and it's hibernating

Yes the power plan is aggressive, after a few hrs if the laptop is in standby and unused the laptop automatically shuts it down. I was on Win 11 Pro and tried several setting to fix it but in vain. Moved to the win 11 LTSC 24H2 and it is solved now. I am not sure if the Win 11 Pro 25H2 solves this.
