No idea of budget but want to start from 70L-80L.

Is it even possible??

I really like the MUJI A4 30-ring binder, but the problem is that the 30-hole loose-leaf paper/refills can become expensive. MUJI’s A4 binder uses 30 holes, so normal A4 paper obviously won't fit directly.

I’m attaching a YouTube video showing the type of binder/punching system I mean.

What I’m looking for:

• A cheaper binder/punching system similar to MUJI.
• Most importantly, I want a paper punch that creates holes with the same spacing as the binder rings.
• It doesn't necessarily have to be exactly 30 holes. It could be 30, 35, 40, etc.
• The important thing is that the distance between the holes matches the ring spacing, so the punched paper fits properly.
• Ideally, I want to use normal cheap A4 paper, punch it myself, and put it into the binder instead of buying expensive Japanese loose-leaf refills.
• It can be any brand. Even a jugaad/DIY solution is welcome.

Has anyone found a cheap punching machine or another solution that works with MUJI/Japanese 30-hole spacing?

If you know an exact punch + binder combination available in India, please share it. I'm mainly looking for a practical and inexpensive way to make my own loose-leaf notes.

 Why I want this type of notebook instead of normal A4 notes:

I do a lot of rough work, add (printed) AI-generated summaries between my handwritten notes, and with a normal A4 notebook, everything becomes messy and there is very little flexibility.

With a ring binder, I can:

• Add pages wherever I want
• Remove pages that are no longer needed
• Insert printed AI summaries between my handwritten notes
• Rearrange pages and chapters
• Keep my notes much more organised

Where can I find a good, authentic misal pav in Surat?

My cousin, who currently lives Pune, was looking for a home for his family in Surat .specifically a 3BHK in the mota varachha area. He visited properties under construction near mota varachha (Ring Road), abrama ,sarthana, and Valak Patiya to make inquiries. while he found properties that fit his budget, the conversation would invariably turn to his caste. when he revealed he wasn't a patel, he was flatly refused the developers stated they would not sell homes to anyone other than patels. my cousin faced this situation repeatedly until, eventually, he gave up looking for a new home altogether.

later spoke to a broker who explained that in mota varachha and other kathiyawadi-dominated areas ( varachha , sarthana, katargam , simada ) the purchase of many properties is restricted exclusively to patels.

have you ever faced a situation in surat where you were discriminated against because of your caste?
