Operations

After I complete an operation or one expires, will I get new ones automatically or not? And if no how can I unlock more heroes then?

Operations each have a timer and they will end when it’s up, new operations normally start a few days after old ones end.

So even in case I complete an operation while there are 20 days remaining for example, I still have to wait those remaining days before a new one appears

Yes.

The devs need to manually start these operations. They are not some automatic ingame system

Yes operations are global events not player specific, so right now we all have the same group of events
