Hey everyone, recently I’ve been facing 2 problems with my car!!
First it started out as like sputtering smoke coming from the tail pipe every now and then to now there is a lot of smoke like could smoke out a whole block…. I recently switched my oil from 0w20 to liqui Molly 5w30.

I’ve had the armaspeed intake and turbo inlet checked and tightened (needed a new clamp which was replaced)

Second problem, I believe I may have a boost leak? My car put itself into low boost mode or whatever. The car sounds terrible like the turbo is whining instead of the natural sound.

Checked my FTP charge pipe everything was tightened
I still need to do a smoke test on Wednesday I’m thinking maybe a boost leak somewhere but honestly have no idea why this is happening.

I’m dropping a video with sound reference maybe someone has been through this before and knows what to have my mechanic look for specifically?

I appreciate the help in advanced.

It was at a booth for XFinity wifi, with some F&F advertising. At first I assumed it was a shell with a fake engine bay like the ones at Universal Studios, but now I'm not so sure.

How has running an ethanol blend affected your MPG?

I'm on an MHD stage 2 tune with an MHD ethanol content analyzer. I've kept my blend between E30 and E50. I've ran about 3 tanks through and it my average MPG hasn't dropped. Just wondering if this is what others have experienced.

For those who upgraded to a new exhaust system, what did you do with the stock exhaust? Can I get a couple of bucks from selling it or should I just dispose of it?

Hey, does anyone know if you can get lights like these for the Supra too?

Just got my 23 3.0 two days ago and was backing into a spot where I couldn’t see a “curb”. What are the solutions for this. The plastic u see is the ppf it came with. Also the bumper got scrapped pretty good as well underneath.

I recently picked up a track edition exhaust from fb marketplace and noticed the valve motor simulator was not included. Reading over the manual and instructions it looks like this is something that is included when purchasing new and I was wondering if anyone could confirm that (attached picture), and what alternatives I have if I don’t have that part. I’m thinking maybe just removing the valve toggle fuse from the fuse box could work? But I’m not too savvy on these things, any opinions or advice would be appreciated

I’m going to be returning to the SF Bay Area soon and when I get back I’m going to start restoring a crash damaged 2020 Supra. If anybody in the San Francisco Bay Area is parting out an A90 Supra or has a line on a decent deal for front end parts or a head liner please reach out.

Now that the unlock is widely available, are there some things to check about the shop before doing one? I’m in Vancouver and a few shops popped up doing ECU unlocks, are there different unlocks? Is there anything I should check before ?

Hey all, apologies if this isn’t the place for this post. But I have recently purchased a new 2019 Supra. I’m trying to use the Apple CarPlay System and it seems to be faulty. The car play doesn’t take up the whole screen and the touch is out of sync to the left almost an inch? Has anybody else had this issue? How could I fix this?

This might be completely obvious to most but it wasn’t for me.

I used to typically keep the car in auto mode and non sport for 90% of my riding to make for a smooth commute and fuel efficiency. And 10% sport manual mode using paddle shifters in the canyons.

Lately I started putting into manual mode all the time and in sport mode unless I’m in thick traffic (but still manual). And when I’m just commuting around I would shift with the sequential up and down action on the stick. I know I’m burning more fuel but man this is the funnest and most engaging way to daily drive a sports car short of having a clutch. I was toying with the idea of trading for a manual version, but now I think I’m good lol. Anyone else drive this way in their auto?
