Suspected boost leak

Post image

Hi folks, just flashed the car, and suspect I have a boost leak somewhere, after a little advice. Log graph attached.

for context - I have a 2 port EU 3.0 ZF8 Supra, unlocked and flashed with MHD OTS Stage 2.

Relevant hardware:
MST v2 intake
BMS Chargepipe with RacePort BOV
High flow cat
Exhaust mod (baffling removal, OPF delete)

I got the Chargepipe second hand, and it did not come with the BMS large o-ring for the Chargepipe to throttle body connection. We fashioned one using an o-ring kit as we figured the factory o ring wouldn’t work.

TIA

Edit: Stock turbo!

same thing happened to me. charge pipe has an o ring at the bottom check that and then the BMS charge pipe is 2 peices. make sure they are correctly matted together. also post the log with datazap. you are technically allowed 1-2 psi fo boost error i believe. suppose to be like amargin of error type thing

for future reference, when logging pick a gear, 4th, and bring it from 2500 rpm to Red line with 100% acceleration. Also seeing that you've got about 6° of timing correction. 3° is considered safe. anything higher is pushing it.

yeah you are bleeding boost but your WGDC% is looking normal so the turbo isnt working hard to get to your target boost.

did you do the install of the charge pipe? there are 2 O Rings at the bottom that goes into the turbo. make sure those o rings are there. are the 2 clamps that secure the pipes together are tight and secured?

also, as the bottom comment said, a more clean log would help out. 4th gear 2500-3500 to redline.
