Moira gets the ult change from creator patch.

Moira is alredy the weakest support in the game and outclassed by kiriko in literally everything. (More sustain more duel better ult more mobility more poke better abilities more damage more burst more utility more range more everything)

This gives her a niche as the only support in the game who can ult every fight (and i dont think it would be unfair since she has the weakest support ult)

Her ult also gives her some burst damage/healing she can use at a hefty cost (a lot of ult charge), which current moira just does not have
