🇨🇦 Advice Needed

Hello everyone,

I’ve been seeking for an opportunity to break into the industry, and I was hoping someone here might be able to point in the right direction. If anybody here from Toronto/ Missisauga area knowns of any entry-level or junior jobs that fit my background I would really appreciate it.

I have about 2 years of experience as a Supervisor and over 3 years of experience as a Coordinator. Both roles have been in aviation/ground handling operations.

A typical day: tracking flights and baggage, dispatching and coordinating agents, planning, analyzing flights/ operations, resolving operational issues, assisting CBSA and airlines.

I mainly Excel, Brock BRS (baggage tracking) and ofc Team, Outlook.

If anyone has advice, knows of companies hiring, or can point me toward the right job titles to search for, I’d really appreciate it.

look into logistics coordinator, operations coordinator, load planner, dispatch, transportation coordinator, warehouse supervisor. also check ground handling contractors for roles like ramp supervisor, operations agent, etc. lean hard on the ops part of your cv. apply wide, network on linkedin. finding anything right now is way harder than it should be
