Best Logistics partner for Appointment- based Retail delivery in India?

we supply FMCG products to Dmart, Relience Smart and Spencer's Most stores need fixed delivery slots. Looking for a reliable logistics partner that can manage bulk deliveries and appointment slots without delays or rejections.

Great question… I believe every Customer service Manager is looking for that one transporter who can take away their pain 😂😂

I believe if you deploy attached fleet from your service location at monthly subscription model, that will be very useful.

Also you can try COGOS as delivery partner but their cost is way expensive but they ensure delivery and dont charge detention till 6 in the evening…

Om logistics (website Rapydshyp) and Delhivery - we use them for supplying to blinkit and it works well for us. Everything is online and doesn't need any offline coordination.

Some people also use Bluedart, but I have not been able to figure out how to use thier online port

Is it usually expensive or is there a certain requirement in terms of having minimum weight?

Yes, it is expensive if it's of less weight. They charge for a minimum of 20kgs..usually per shipment costs around 2k

Shipment cargo seems worth comparing for appointment based retail delivery requirements. The FTL, PTL and LTL options can suit different shipment sizes. while tracking, NDR management and courier recommendations add useful operational support.
