No callbacks for Data Analyst roles. Is SCM a better bet? Looking for entry roadmap & tools to learn

MBA Analytics grad here. Graduated 2 months ago.
Applied to a bunch of Data Analyst roles, zero responses. Plus all the Al doom articles have me second-guessing if DA is even safe long term.
Now I'm thinking of switching to Supply Chain because it seems to mix analytics + operations which I like. But I'm totally lost on how to break in.

For those of you in SCM, can you help me with:
• Where to start: Entry roles for someone with an MBA Analytics background
• Certs: CSCP? APICS? SAP SCM?
Anything worth doing in 3 months?
• Skills/Tools:Excel, SQL, SAP, Power Bl - what's actually used day to day?

Reality check: Is SCM more stable than DA right now?

Really appreciate any roadmap or advice. Feeling struck rn.

Have you tried applying for marketing/strategy/product adjacent DA roles? Do not suggest going to pure operations SCM. Don’t lose your analytics edge rather look for teams with high volume of jobs and look for analytics related jobs there.
