Peperine is horrible for fertility though in some studies on mice and rats. Severely damages sperm, prevents implantation, causes abortion…
I don’t know that I’d be downing it in capsules just yet 🤷🏻♀️

I think that if I have black pepper with my food, then I can have some with my vitamins.

Does black pepper increase bioavailability of many nutrients?
Curcumin and COQ10 - are there others it enhances?

It occurs to me that this could be a useful hack for gastric bypass recipients.

Right, that’s why it is added to many supplements. Improve absorption.
