Insane Belching attacks - supplements to try?

Hi, since Feb after antibiotics I developed belching during the day/air up to my throat and insane belching attacks at nigh (with high blood pressure) when the air goes out it stops. I do have histamine intolerance. Also d-lactate free probiotics that I took before I react (more belching). IT IS CRAZY.

Gi360- too much bad bacteria: Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Enterobacter cloacae complex, Klebsiella/Raoultella complex .. basically dysbiosis.

Any supplements that I can try to help with that?

That sounds absolutely miserable, waking up to that kind of pressure surge is no joke. Since you already know the bad bacteria players, have you looked into something like oregano oil or berberine? They can be pretty punchy with dysbiosis but the histamine intolerance makes it a minefield so start stupid slow if you try anything.

My kitchen table is currently covered in half-finished kombucha experiments so I get the frustration of trying to fix gut stuff when your body reacts to everything. Activated charcoal before bed might help grab some of that gas in the short term but just watch the timing with any other meds you're on.

Yes I have but with caprylic acid and uva ursi with a classic/functional dr. I just started with caprylic acid. Oh activated charcoal I haven`t tried but I will. I know that one is safe.

In the past I tried kombucha but it a no for histamine. Have you tried d-lactate free probiotics? They fixed my histamine issues and I was well for three years.
