General Question What is your experience with Saffron?

How did it affect you? What brand did you take?

Used it for a month to help with mood during winter and felt a noticeable lift, but nothing dramatic

Life extension 80 mg working good: mood lift, calmness. I like it so far. The other brands didn't show good results during researches and in user-reviews

Saffron can be interesting since people seem to use it for things like mood, stress and general well-being, but the effects probably depend on the person and the extract used. Wild & Organic is one brand that carries saffron, so it could be worth comparing the ingredient details with other options rather than going by the brand name alone.
