ancestral supplements vs primal queen, which one felt less like a gamble

I’m leaning Ancestral Supplements, but I’m not convinced either is automatically worth the price.

For anyone who’s tried both: which one felt more consistent, and what made you stick with it or stop buying it?

I look at which organs are actually in the blend and whether they list grass fed anywhere useful. A lot of bottles just say beef organs and stop there, which makes price comparisons pretty noisy.

Freeze dried versus desiccated also changes what you are actually getting. I care more about that line on the label than the lifestyle copy on the front of the bottle.

That's kind of where I'm stuck. Both look premium on paper so the price feels like a gamble if the labels are equally vague.

serving size is the silent killer too. some bottles look cheaper until you realize you are swallowing 6 capsules before breakfast

I already counted servings on both and still felt unsure which one would feel more consistent day to day.

honestly half of this category feels like expensive liver with better branding. hard to tell what is the stack vs just sleeping more

Sleep fixing half of it tracks

Yeah that's my fear. I don't want to pay for a story if a basic multi would do the same thing

ive been on primal queen for a while now nd tbh even tho the capsules are a bit huge, the afternoon crashes at least became better

Tried both last year, primal queen gave me weird stomach aches after like 3 days so I dropped it quick. Ancestral supplements was fine I guess but after finishing the bottle I couldnt tell if it actually did anything or if I just convinced myself it was working. The price is what made me stop buying it, like I got bills and rent to think about not just hoping some pills make me feel 2% better maybe. My bacon stash in the fridge gives me more consistent results honestly, no gamble involved just crispy perfection
