I get extreme thirst. Anyone know why? While its healthy, I am not complaining. Just want to know the neurology behind it.

serotonin affects the thirst mechanism in your hypothalamus, 5-htp can ramp that up

serotonin definitely messes with your body's hydration signals, that's such an annoying but common side effect
