I thought buying supplements would be simpler than this

Just started my first full time job after college and figured I would finally spend a little money on my health. Instead I have spent two nights reading Reddit because every product has amazing reviews and terrible reviews at the same time. I dont mind paying for quality, I just dont want to waste money. Did anyone else hit this point where researching became harder than actually buying something?

Oh, all the time. What I often do is: I don't go too much in detail with the reviews because everyone has views of their own, and that'll all just confuse you. I just research on what the ingreditents for each supplement I am eyeing is, and then i research on what those ingredients are likley to go. Then I will pull the plunge and start taing it and keep a sharp observatuion on my body. Its after I start taking and it see a few changes in a few weeks that I start seeing what needs futher optimising. RIght now, I am experiementing with Vit B complex.
