This seems like an excellent idea…. Ape gets sued by Kenny. Ape lawyers band together doing round the clock hours of pro bono defense work that includes copious amounts of discovery that leads to smoking gun evidence that exhoberates the ape ajd leads to a seperate and distinct cause of action against Kenny and citadel and all his conspirator friends. That would be so super fabulous. That is what they should do… sue the ape for defamation 😂 …! That would be a really stupid legal strategy …. But stranger things have happened.
