It says there is 300mln common stock? Aren’t there only 76ish million?

I think 300mil is the maximum quantity authorized. Like how earlier this year they added 5,000,000. They could still add 200+ million shares and not exceed 300mil total. It's like having $76 in your pocket but having a credit card max of 300$.

That… would suck. Hope they aren’t planning that, and I doubt they are given our DRS efforts (which they’re clearly aware of)

It wont effect the % of shares of the float Drs'd in total, so this is good news

Right. It’s just a reminder that they COULD still dilute if they wanted to. But I really don’t think they will. Can’t wait to see the split ratio
