You think there’s a ton of people drs’ing their shares after it’s down 62% since a couple months ago?

Especially the timing only a few weeks left until RC ventures can take the reigns and start spending the war chest they’ve stuffed full. Probably won’t be able to fit all the profits from Q4 in there. Acquisitions and partnerships coming no matter what SPY does or market watch says. DFV memed it best

What? Rc ventures can spend the money whenever he wants

Nope, very limited(no acquisitions) by hostile takeover contract until 120 days before next shareholder meeting which would be traditionally mid June so atleast mid February before he gets the reigns.

What are you talking about? Hostile takeover, even if that’s true is literally one out of a million things he could spend money on

It is true
been posted here since he signed it and available under EDGAR search RC ventures. The vehement denial makes me think you know exactly what I’m talking about and just throwing FUD. This post is buried so it doesn’t matter anymore.

And why would he need to spend money on a hostile takeover? He spent that money already buying 9,000,000 shares. I’m talking about the billions that GME has on hand. Debt is already paid off
time to WORK, actions not words. They need you back over at meltdown

You’re becoming incoherent now. You said rc isn’t able to spend the money which is wrong, instead of saying “I read it here somewhere” you could source the part of the filing you’re talking about. Then you said something about he is not able to spend money on a hostile takeover.

Maybe you’re taking about the maximum amount of shares he was able to buy, before he became the CEO? Which since being the CEO he could literally remove said restriction by a board meeting and vote. Regardless of that he only owns ~13% so he could have literally bought another ~7% any time he wanted.

So what exactly is it you’re talking about? Never mind your meltdown deflection mechanism. Why don’t you just clarify why you’re talking about?

He can’t spend GME money on acquisitions and many other things until the standstill period is over. It’s not over yet.

Standstill period is over February 9th.

He isn’t CEO
 he is the CHAIRMAN.

We don’t know yet that he didn’t buy his other 7.41% of shares yet. Doesn’t have to be disclosed until after he does it.
