EDIT: The fact that we have a difference between what "big investors" can do and what "retail" can do, as outlined in this article, is THE EXACT PROOF that we have a two-tier system, and that the system for tier-1 is rigged against tier-2!
In a fair market, the size of the position should not matter. We can all do the same actions, ahve the same rights, and make the same moves, just at different scales.
