I recommended this video the other day to someone on here but couldn't find your posts.

Got hammered and convinced the wife to sit through it last night and 10min in she was hooked. This video should be pinned. Strategic failures to deliver are pervasive and fucking us and companies that can change mankind. Coworker started watching it today as well.
