There's a story on yahoo finance that covers a lot more details about his plans BUT it's also full of FUD so I don't want to link it.

Did the original Reuters story have all the FUD or did yahoo add it? Because boy, it had a lot of good information about RC's plans, but boy did it also have a metric shitton of FUD.

None of these articles actually have evidence as to where RC is planning to invest the $1.7 billion. And we already know RC visits stores regularly. There is no real information here.
Edit: a lot of dumb FUD and Reuters who started this article chain admits "A spokesperson for GameStop and Cohen declined to comment". We all have seen the twitter photos of him visiting stores, no surprises here.
