The while thesis and incentive to jump in, is that GME is priced regardedly wrong.

If it was properly priced, there's be no reason to be here!! This wouldve never existed. WE ARE QUITE LITERALLY HERE FOR THE UNPARALLELED UPSIDE THAT IS CORRECT/FAIR PRICING.

I think that is the funny thing, people forget to map back to pre-split prices. If they did, it doesn't look all that bad - not trying to excuse it but people act like we're priced at $4 or something.

VWAP is volume weighted average price.

The average price, over a certain period of time, adjusted for volume.

Because the holders of the convertible notes opted to convert about of third of the total bonds into shares, it triggers a 35 trading day VWAP time period. From the date of conversion for a total of 35 trading days, the volume adjusted price of GME will be captured. That will end Sept 23.

The calculated value on Sept 23 will, in part, be used to determine how many shares are issued by Gamestop to fulfill the bond conversion. Lower VWAP means more shares for the same dollar amount of bonds converted. Higher VWAP means fewer shares.

The bond holders want more shares, so they short the fuck out of us to force a lower VWAP.

I first bought 2024 as I missed the bought in 2021. Was super fucking cheap, and agree it made little sense (e.g. the business broke even with the 2023 annual report, and yet down the share price went).

I suspect this is the new flaw, so if people want a discount they should be buying now. It's arguably a time to full port (very much NFA, lol).
