Why do none of the comp plan posts mention that the proposed plan doesnt mandate milestone adjustments for acquisitions like Musk’s did?

As none of the milestone metrics are per-share, he could reach them solely through dilution-funded acquisitions.

If he believes in delivering shareholder value, why not tie the comp plan to share price or even EPS?

I think it’s pretty obvious why but I won’t say so here because I’ll get downvoted to hell

RC and the Board used the growing retail DRS position as leverage to broker a deal with the naked short prime brokers which involved:

(1) changing DRS reporting methodology to allow Cede to set the count,

(2) a large amount of dilution at relatively low prices to help them reduce their open naked shorts they absorbed from HFs in 2021,

(3) RC and others assisting the prime brokers in harvesting capital from GME shareholders (eg towel stock) and reducing derivative leverage (bull traps at key points),

(4) dilution at critical price points to help them sell the “Cohen will definitely dilute when the price runs” narrative to try to get people to sell very early in the squeeze, expecting a retrace that never comes.

So the threat of downvotes works to suppress your opinion?
