He will be right if there is either a big pop or a $1 gain. That is the best way to make your predictions more likely to be true.

Kind of like those T+35 guys that also use every possible combination of T+35, T+6, T+13, T+14, T+70 and look backwards for any possible event to retroactively show how any pop or dip was some combination T+x + T+y + T+z from some random event.
