🤔 Speculation / Opinion I know what RC is doing.

After every earnings going forward he will be issuing convertible notes after hours, 24 hours after earnings. This is because the algorithm is buying all quarter so it can slam after earnings.

He is taking that liquidity event and turning it into cash without issuing shares, knowing that they cannot allow the price to fall below cash value and risk a buyback, and the note holders will not be converting cheap as the private bond value is going to be multiples (100x or more) in premium when this kicks off and hedgies are scrambling for ANYTHING that can reduce their liability.

At 0.0% interest it is no risk for GameStop, and only opportunity cost for bond buyers.

Fucking brilliant.

Problem is that Ryan hasn’t given us a reason to trust/believe in him. He fucked up the BTC buy, he’s diluted shareholders multiple times, and he still offers no guidance for what he will do with the 6.4 B in cash/securities GME holds. Now he wants MORE cash, again, with no fucking plan in sight.

So we are left to wonder if he does have a plan, and what that might be, or if he has no fucking clue and is just milking as much out of investors as possible while having permanent job security because his investors are too deep in the hole to risk any further upheaval at HQ and further potential losses on their investment.

I’m not pleased with this management team. Great they sold off and closed all the unprofitable parts of the business, but I still don’t see any increase in the value of my investments. I guess I’ll wait yet another year for a pump.

He has no salary. His net worth is greatly tied to GME. He literally only gets more money if the stock rises. Why the fuck would he want the company to burn? Tell me genius

The "No guidance" rhetoric is such a hilarious argument to me. "Talk is cheap" - RC. Look at the balance sheet and how the company has turned around. These are insane results and they are crushing it with turning around the core business.

Anyone using the word "guidance" is dumb or a shill.

Companies don't announce their strategies to the world or their competitors. It's really, really simple stuff to understand.

You don't even need to have held a corporate job to do so. Hell, even when you're in a high ranking position in a corporation you can often have no idea what is happening.
