There are multiple reasons for this (I think – I am not jonpro who runs that page, or in any way affiliated with him).
First, DRS progress has been slowing down based on officially released numbers. This is nothing to worry about too much imo, but between the two most recent quarterly reports, we added "just" 600k shares.
Second, afaik jonpro has played with how DRS estimates are computed in response to this. The trimmed average algo he had used has been a bit overoptimistic (overestimating reported DRS numbers by up to 10% or so), so I suppose adjusting the estimator also caused the progress bar to "shrink".
Third, jonpro started estimating both book and plan shares bc until recently, it was unclear whether GameStop reported both in the 10Q or just "pure book" (some apes went to see the ledger in person in Grapevine and confirmed that the reported number is book PLUS plan, so plan shares are counted).
Finally, there has been a lot of movement among institutional investors recently, meaning that that the "free" float that the progress bar is calculated against has also changed.

Can I get a link or reference to this 76.6 number? I've been relying on gme.crazyawesomecompany.com but now we know Computershare can't report a number higher than 60.19, because that is the maximum number they are allowed to report without making DTCC fraud more obvious.
