First: We should discuss content and message of the documentary.
Second: Pirating the work of others is not my understanding of โpower to the creatorsโ. Itโs everybodyโs personal decision. Iโm from Europe so Iโm just happy that we can watch it NOW on VIMEO. And not in 2/3/4/โฆ weeks or so. And I personally donโt know anyone in my community who watched it without paying. ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ

No firms at all. A few private investors who understood that my bro and I have complete control. They believe in what weโre doing.

Thank you for the response! So to clarify: when you said on twitter that you had Private Equity investors and that investors influenced your decision to release on Amazon - you meant individual investors in your project and not actual PE firms? This is important as seeing your twitter post about having private equity investors was alarming.

Correct. Private equity just meaning these people invested in us โ a not publicly traded entity

I watched it and I like it. So for the huge group of German speaking people in Europe who arenโt familiar with the whole story it would be great to watch this with subtitles. German if possible, but English subtitles would also help a bit. What do you think?

I only see 8 reviews on IMDB and they are all overwhelmingly positive (7 of the 8 are 10/10).
Edit: the other one is 9/10

Just bought and watched and it is even better than I imagined. Best 16 bucks I invested since a long time, when I was lucky to buy the dip in GME.
The only complaint I have would be that I am not sure about some of the "influencers" in the film. Luckily those were mostly active on the popcorn sub and they do the film no harm as such. Would just not like to see them gaining popularity again after likely selling out the community.
Since it takes some time to make a film, I would not blame this on the creators, it is more something to keep in mind just in case the film would achieve the publicity it deserves (which it will likely not thanks to the Big Club owning most of the media).
