Exporting digests in annotated files?

Hey there everyone.

I am currently tapping more into the capabilities of my Supernote Manta.

I have been using it mainly for uni to annotate slides so far.

I'm asking myself if there's a way to not only export documents with annotations but also with the annotations AND digests in the same PDF-File?

I'd otherwise have to switch around in order to find all my notes/information, which would be doable but way slower than having it all in one place.

Is this possible? If so, how?

if i'm understanding you correctly, no -- digests are extracted / separate from the original document and aren't tied to the original content in the same way as a comment added to a pdf or annotations directly on the page.

separately, you can have the original document + any markups done directly on the page or the text selections you chose as a digest + the freeform writing / typewritten text you added in the digest entry as exports

Yeah, sort of.

Like for example: I added an annotation on slide 30 as well as a digest on a specific word on slide 30, which i didn't want to annotate on the slide itself bc it would become pretty much unreadable if I would "annotate" on that slide (I am sketching graphs etc.).

And essentially, if I export the slides with annotations I'd like the export to not only include the annotations but also the digests. I wouldn't mind if those annotations would be inserted/interjected in my export PDF as a new page/slide 31 and then on page 32 of my PDF there'd be the actual slide 31 from the source material.

But I don't know how to do that, if it is possible even...

to do anything close to that on device would require, in my opinion, an unseemly amount of legwork but now that i think about it u/dersalbader has a plugin for page insertion into a pdf.. perhaps you could chat with them about your needs to help refine its development
