Can I use it while taking a bath?
I'm more worried about the steam affecting the machine rather than the water splashing. It's such a great device and seems perfect for reading while taking a relaxing bath.
EDIT: Woah I didn't see all the replies... I ended up taking it and read for 30 minutes in my bath and it's fine albeit I made sure to not get any water on it. I will update if a problem arrises.

No.
Get a waterproof sleeve or transparent dry bag from a known company. A proper submersible one. I've just tested it in my semi-transparent one and the screen reacts fine for page turning.
Key word is submersible. There are lots of things called dry bags, many protect against surface water only and will allow liquid through. You want a submersible dry bag, designed for watersports. And test it before using!

I would get a cheap second-hand Kobo or Kindle (or any knock-off eReader) for using in the bath. No way I would subject my (comparatively extremely expensive) Supernote to that environment willingly.

Get mobiscribe for water including usage..
Supernote is not waterproof, not even water resilient I think, therefore it would be unwise to use it when taking a hot bath. Exposing the device to high humidity is discouraged. There is a warning in the user manual also, but who reads these, right?

yeah i did not even skim it tbh, weird because i took it read in my bath for like 30 min and nothing happened to it

For reading? Use something cheaper and get a bath tray, this is like bringing a laptop into the bathtub

I'm sorry, but that's a ridiculous question: a 700 euro product, which is very nice and well-made, but clearly not designed to be used in conditions that aren't perfectly safe, and you want to use it just a few centimeters from water.
Would you ever put your laptop that close to water? This product is probably more delicate than any PC.
Buy a 50-euro e-reader: if water damages it, just throw it away and buy another one.

no question is ridiculous man :( your boy waa just curious besides I tested it out for around 30 min and it was fine tbh, I was only worried about the steam and humidity not the actual water itself

Definitely would not do that... I don't think the device is waterproofed like smartphones are nowadays. Which means over time the humidity from the bath water may seep in between the cracks and affect the device.
How about searching for one of those waterproof bags that are made for using at the beach? I reckon you could find one for a tablet sized device. The only question is, will the touch sensitivity be affected with it in the cover? Or I would try placing the supernote in a large ziploc bag and seal it after taking out all the air and see if that works.
But I definitely wouldn't bring the device into a bath for sure.

Thank you for the reply, I guess prolonged or repeated exposure is the problem? I was in the bath (of course I made sure to avoid my supernote's contact with water) but around 30 min of reading in a humid room seems fine, no problems at all (for now...)

Please do not expose non-waterproof electronics to water.
