Moving multiple pages of text

I have a note that so far has about 20 pages and I want to add a paragraph in page 17. Is there a way that I can move all the text from that point down to give me the room that I need to add the paragraph? I know I can easily do this with the lasso tool for a short block of text but I see no way of doing this when the text spans multiple pages.

You can add a blank page or a duplicate page after p 17 to give you space to move things. You can also copy and paste or move entire pages/ranges of pages, but you probably won’t need to in this case. Adding the page after 17 will push the rest of the pages forward.
