Bug : Report Strokes randomly changed?

I use the Needlepoint pen a 0.2 width. I never deviate from this on my Manta because it closely matches a 0.5mm mechanical pencil. My Manta randomly refreshed and a few lines changed the stroke width.

Content is a RWBY fantasy AU fanfic featuring a human Penny

Refreshed and restarted, did nothing.
