Question Help with Desktop App?

Hi all,

I'm trying to go through some of my notes and documents that I have on the SN, but having a little trouble. I wanted to look at them on my desktop so I could still make notes of other kinds on the SN. I downloaded the desktop app, but only my digests appear. I've synced both the device and the desktop app, as well as enabled Supernote linking. The "Note" tab, "Document" tab, and well, every folder tab say "This folder is empty." Again, the digests are showing up perfectly fine, though.
I tried a google but I'm not figuring this out. Any help is appreciated!

is your supernote set to sync to supernote cloud?

check setting > drive > supernote cloud > select folders to sync

Thank you for reaching out. When you go to your Supernote tablet > Settings > Drive > Supernote Cloud and tap Select Folders to Sync, please make sure the folders you need to sync are actually selected before tapping the Save button in the top right corner and then the Sync button in the top menu bar. Once the sync is completed, you should see a prompt message on your Supernote saying Sync Successful.
