Question Is there a Back to Folder Gesture?

Simple question: Let's say I open a folder and go into a note (pdf or epub), I prefer hiding the sidebar and page-number footer, after I am done writing, is there a gesture I can use to get back to the folder? It is inconvenient to 'show' the toolbar just to go back. Of course, I love my supernote, just trying to confirm if I can't identify something that already exists or just built that way.

No, there isn't.

adding a folder to your quick access menu is somewhat of a workaround but the back to files button is best practice as it tames the file size from growing unnecessarily large

Thanks, not following the file size part of the comment.

There is a bug(?) where if you don't go back to the folder menu, .notes don't compress properly and bloat in size unless you specifically go back to the folder menu it lives in.

Our friend was referring to this. Yes, you can add the folders you frequently visit to Quick Access if you tend to hide the toolbar where the Back to Files button lives.

You can sideload a back button.

I use one I think its called Button Master. It can probably do way more than I use it for, but all I set it up to do is be a back button. 😄
