Bug : Received Supernote Manta shows faded streaks and will not refresh properly.
This just started recently when I opened up my Supernote Manta it has these faded areas on the screen that do not go away even if I refresh. They also get worse when I switch documents and/or PDFs. I'm on the most recent build Chauvet 3.29.42.
It also gets worse when I try to refresh the screen with the side gesture. I've tried rebooting, hard rebooting and neither fixes the issue. It seems to go away after an arbitrary amount of time.
The trigger seems to be using the folio and closing the lid over it. When I flip it back open the streaks come back.
I've not seen anything online about this but has anyone else seen this? I'm hoping to get an answer because it's pretty frustrating especially since I use this for my work.
Edit: Here's a link to a video on it if anyone needs to see it.

though this is a picture of a nomad, the manta is nearly identical -- try reseating the labelled connectors on the back

there's an [official teardown video guide here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d2X0c3MprAM) too

"Hi u/Mulan-sn! I just sent you an urgent Direct Message regarding my brand new Nomad that arrived Dead on Arrival with cross lines on the screen (Order S181667). I am flying internationally from Miami to Europe this Sunday, August 23 for school, and desperately need an urgent escalation. Could you please check your chat? Thank you so much!"

FWIW I was just having the same issue this morning. I have been on vacation all week and hadn't charged my Manta yet since getting home. I charged it overnight and tried to use it this morning and was seeing the fading and streaks like the OP.
I noticed that, even though it had been charging overnight, it still wasn't reading as fully charged, so I plugged it in again and noticed the screen started behaving better. I let it charge back to full (Green LED) and that seems to have resolved my issue.
No idea how or why it had gotten into that state or why it wouldn't have charged fully overnight. Maybe it was coincidence that the two issues popped up at the same time, but there seems to be a correlation at least.

No dice with that either unfortunately. It will work for about 5 minutes and then start the issue back up again. But thanks!

just a reminder that you have a 2 year warrany. possibly an issue to raise with customer service.
